Lower Thornton is a livestock and arable farm where you can relax, unwind and enjoy the tranquil rural environment. We are located just outside the village of Kenn and each of our four rooms have spectacular views of the glorious Devon countryside.

Our location is the perfect base for a South Devon holiday or a weekend break. We are surrounded by countryside yet Exeter, Powderham Castle, and the stunning scenery of Dartmoor, the Coast, Sandy Park, Westpoint, and Devon and Exeter Racecourse are all within easy reach.

Our Rooms

All four of our comfortable and stylish rooms have spectacular views of the glorious Devon countryside. Three are en-suite rooms and the fourth has a private shower room just opposite the bedroom. Guests have a separate entrance and key, so you may come and go as you please. There is ample safe parking for anything from a bicycle to a car and trailer.
